If you would like to register an account with Direct Fleet Insurance you will need to provide a signed copy of the Terms and Conditions of Business Agreement (TOBA). Once you have downloaded the TOBA, print and sign the document and send it back to us, along with your FCA number. Please attach your copy of the TOBA in PDF format and send it to contactus@directfleetinsurance.co.uk where we will authorise your company and set up your first broker account. You will then receive an email with your login details to confirm the registration process.
If your company is already authorised with DFI, you can login to your account and register other broker accounts. This enables you to manage brokers registered with your company by adding new accounts. If you require any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will be able to help you.
