If you would like to join Direct Fleet Insurance, you will need to return a signed copy of our Terms and Conditions of Business Agreement to us. Once you have received our TOBA, print and sign the document and send it back to us. Please attach your copy of the TOBA in PDF format and send it to contactus@directfleetinsurance.co.uk, where we will carry out our due diligence checks before authorising your broker company. We will be in touch once these checks are complete.
Once your broker company has been authorised, we will set up your first broker account and you will receive an email with instructions to activate the account. After this, you can login to your company with your own broker account and you will be able to submit new risks and insure your clients on the Direct Fleet Insurance portal. You will also be able to administer your company by viewing the registered broker accounts and add new ones for other users.
